For one day a year, TBS’s 24-hour marathon of “A Christmas Story” eclipses everything else on TV and everything else in my life. It’s my first and favorite binge watch. It’s my kind of humor.

“A Christmas Story” captures the holiday tension between wonder and disappointment through the eyes of a child…the child we all were and still are on some level or another.  Through the rest of December, we’ll explore the tension between holiday lights and our real world desire for more.
