My friend and fitness hero Jamie Miles says the best way to stay committed to your exercise plan is to make appointments. For example:

Monday, Zumba, 7pm
Tuesday, Elliptical, 12pm
Wednesday … you get the picture.

Here’s the kicker… if you miss an appointment for some reason, you have to reschedule for a different time that same week.

Take Two and Call Me

Forgiveness is first for you, the forgiver…to release you from something that will eat you alive; that will destroy your joy and your ability to love fully and openly. – William P. Young, The Shack p. 225

Impulse

I’m not an expert, just a person who’s made some really bad decisions and then worked really hard to get healthy again. and again. and again.

I have no answers, just a desire to focus in the right direction.

Impulse is a series that will explore what the right direction might look like. Throughout the series we’ll look at what some of the experts have to say. We’ll share our stories of success and failure.

If you struggle like I do, please join me. If you’ve got it figured out, please contact me! In fact, please contact me either way and jump into the conversation. We are all in this together!
